Currently, we would collect personal information as a part of our sales process for the following reasons:

We receive and store certain types of activity whenever you interact with us. Just like many websites, we use "cookies," and obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses herbcreek.com or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of herbcreek.com on other websites. These cookies also allow us to serve you directed marketing on our behalf, via advertising on other websites.

• Website Usage: We track our customers’ usage of our website for the purposes of improving the user experience and satisfaction with our store. This usage is ambiguous and is not linked to a specific individual customer.
• Product Purchase: We will use your information ONLY to process your order, ship your order, answer questions about products, and advise you of other product related information.

Your name, address, email address, phone number(s), credit card number and/or billing information. This information is used ONLY to process your order, charge your debit/credit card for payment and ship your order.

We will not make personal information available to outside organizations, except for organizations that work with us on Herb Creek Landscape Supplies promotions. In such case, such personal information is used only for purposes related to the administration of the promotions.

When requested, we will remove a you from our email list or mailing list and/or purge your information from out systems. Please direct your requests to our attention at sales@herbcreek.com.

Condition Of Sale:  After you submit your order and the checkout process is completed, your order will be taken from inventory. Should there be any issues with your order fulfillment, Herb Creek Landscape Supplies will reach out to you and discuss. Orders are taken from the stock of plants that is available to our in-store customers as well and may be subject to sudden changes. Herb Creek does not guarantee the availability of any plants listed as being in stock. You will be notified of shortages from your order and may be given the option to make substitutions of equal value if available. 

Wrong Item: We are very careful to label varieties true to name, and we will replace the product if we have reserved the incorrect plant, or refund in full if we do not have the correct plant available in inventory. Customer acknowledges that they understand the plant type they are purchasing as posted on each product page at herbcreek.com. Herb Creek Landscape Supplies will not replace or refund any items where the customer purchased the wrong plant type. Refunds can only be done at the retail stores.

Requests for cancellation must be made by emailing sales@herbcreek.com within 24 hours of the order. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after a 24-hour period or if the order is in the delivery process. Refunds can only be done at the retail stores.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM HERB CREEK LANDSCAPE SUPPLIES - OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

•       Must have store receipt and purchased items

•       All returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.

•       All returns must be made at the store and cannot be mailed in or picked up by Herb Creek.

•       Returns on plants WILL NOT be approved if due to purchasers' negligence, or if notification has been made after plant is dead.

•       All returns 30 days & less are issued in the same manner as original purchase.

•       All delivery or installation needs to be scheduled with Herb Creek retail stores.

•       In store credit only for purchases after 30 days.

•       No warranty on sale/discounted items.

•       Acts of God are not included in any warranty on plant material. Acts of God include but are not limited to the following occurrences: animal destruction, high wind, rain, flooding, cold weather conditions, winter burn, snow damage, drought, lack of or over watering, and pet damage.
